These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the MSG Viewer Chrome Extension ("Service") provided by Cavess UG (haftungsbeschränkt) ("we", "us", or "our").

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use MSG Viewer for viewing MSG and EML files on devices where you have properly installed the extension.

• All file processing occurs locally in your browser
• No files are uploaded to our servers
• We do not access or store your email content

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service, which is zero (0) as MSG Viewer is provided free of charge.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cavess UG (haftungsbeschränkt) and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.

6. User Content

MSG Viewer processes files that you explicitly choose to open. You retain all rights to your files and are solely responsible for the content you view using our Service. We do not claim any ownership rights to your files.

7. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dresden, Germany.

9. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Cavess UG (haftungsbeschränkt) regarding the use of MSG Viewer and supersede any prior agreements.
